Privacy Policy

Think, Inc. is committed to maintaining the privacy of our customers. We are the only owner of our database and we do not share, sell, or otherwise disclose information about our clients to any third party unless it is required to process, maintain, and ship products.

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes only the consumer’s domain name, but not the email address (where possible). We collect only the domain name, but not the email address of visitors to our Web page, the email addresses of those who opt-in to our email list, the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via email, the email addresses of those who request a quote through our online service, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web page, used to notify consumers about updates to our Web site, shared with agents or contractors who assist in providing support for our internal operations, used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes, disclosed when legally required to do so, at the request of governmental authorities conducting an investigation, to verify or enforce compliance with the policies governing our Website and applicable laws or to protect against misuse or unauthorized use of our Website.

With respect to Ad Servers: We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.

Registration

In order to use Think’s online ordering system, a user must complete the registration form. Registration requires the user’s name, password, and email address. Think, Inc. may use this information to contact the user about our services, even if they have not placed an order.

Ordering

Customers must supply contact information, financial and billing information, and shipping information to complete online orders. Information will be used only for the matter of processing, maintaining, and shipping orders, or for contacting the user if there are problems processing the order.

Email List and Online Quoting

Registered users and users who have opted-in to our email list will occasionally receive information about special offers, updates and newsletters from Think, Inc. If you do not wish to receive future emails, send an email to unsubscribe@wethinkink.com

If you supply us with your postal address on-line you will only receive the information for which you provided us your address.

Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers online may receive telephone contact from us with information regarding new products and services or upcoming events. Business Transactions

If Think, Inc. is acquired by a third party company, or merged with another company, users personal information will be part of the assets transferred.

When users submit sensitive information, such as credit card number, phone numbers and addresses via Think’s online ordering system, we protect this information both online and offline.

Upon request by email, phone or postal mail, we will provide site visitors with access to all information [including proprietary information] that we maintain about them, and will correct any reported inaccuracies in this information.

Cancellation

If you do not agree with Think Inc.’s privacy policy, you can cancel your account at cancel@wethinkink.com and your personal information will be permanently removed from our database.
